We create practitioner-formulated products, digital programs and health resources that transform wellbeing, and we’re looking for a Lead Generation Marketing Specialist who can turn brand interest into measurable growth. This is not a \"build the funnel and walk away\" role. We’re seeking someone who can strategise, implement and continually optimise lead generation, conversions, funnels and campaign performance, ensuring every launch has warm audiences and genuine demand. Key Responsibilities Design, set up and optimise lead generation funnels (social ads, landing pages, waitlists, webinars, lead magnets). Build automated nurture sequences and pathways that warm audiences before launch. Monitor funnel performance, analytics and reporting to refine, test and improve conversions. Develop and implement launch marketing strategy including audience building, sequencing and messaging. Guide creative direction for email campaigns, landing pages, nurture flows and remarketing. Identify market gaps, competitor opportunities and high-potential channels for consistent list growth. Collaborate with the founder and marketing support for a predictable launch rhythm. Ideal Experience Proven experience in funnel strategy, lead gen and launch planning. Ability to nurture cold audiences into ready‑to‑buy communities. Strong skills in analytics, segmentation and A/B testing. Strategic sequencing of messaging, education and offer timing. Confident execution and ongoing optimisation of funnels. Enjoys working with wellness or consumer brands where authenticity matters. Results-focused, systems-driven and proactive. You’ll Enjoy This Role If You Love shaping brand growth from the inside.
