Customer Service Consultant

This position is set to begin on 5th January 2026. This is a Permanent Full-time in-office role. Monday-Friday roster between 7:00 am - 6:00 pm (You’ll be available to work a rotating roster between Monday-Saturday and work up to one Saturday every 3 or 4 weeks) If shortlisted, you will be invited to complete an online assessment. After successful completion, you will be contacted for a phone interview and the next steps. What you'll do Be the person customers remember. Handle their calls from hello to goodbye. Turn their worst day into, “Actually, that wasn’t so bad.” Keep customers happy. Use your people skills to make sure they stick around - whether that means negotiating or simply listening. Fix things fast. When something goes wrong, you’re the one who makes it right. First call resolution is the goal. Hit your numbers. We track quality, speed, and customer happiness - and you’ll need to excel in all three. Collaborate with your team. Share ideas, support each other, and help make the whole place better.
