About the Role You’ll be supporting participants in their homes, helping them achieve their goals and live as independently as possible. Your responsibilities may include: Daily living assistance and personal care Medication support Bowel care and PEG feeding Transport to appointments and community activities Goal-setting and inclusion-focused care Who We’re Looking For We want passionate people who thrive in dynamic environments and truly care about making a difference. Ideally, you will have: 1+ years' experience with complex behaviours & mental health Certificate III/IV in Disability, or Individual Support Training in PBS (Positive Behaviour Support), trauma-informed care & restrictive practices A current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle Confidence in de-escalation and communication strategies Don’t meet all the criteria?
