Let's turn your passion for cruise holidays into an unforgettable journey with us Key Responsibilities Quoting, booking and invoicing cruise bookings and packages Ensure that KPIs are met, meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets Support and handle walk-in, email & telephone enquiries efficiently and accurately Maximise sales opportunities by upselling & cross-selling Monitor and action all relevant mailboxes daily Maintain accurate and comprehensive product information in order to deliver and generate sales Who are you?
