Position As a Relationship Manager with Empower Healthcare, you will be responsible for the growth and development of our allied health services across the Aged Care and NDIS sector in Victoria. Key Responsibilities Maintaining and developing relationships with our extensive client base of Aged Care and NDIS service providers. Maintaining comprehensive records of business activities and account management. Conducting sales presentations. Responding promptly and proactively to queries raised by clients. Developing partnerships with key referral partners. Identifying potential clients and seeking new business opportunities. Conducting business reviews to assess opportunities for business growth. Attending workshops, networking events and industry expos. Do you have what it takes? To Be Successful in This Role You Will Need Proven experience in sales, business development, cold‑calling and lead generation. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships, influence and negotiate. Excellent presentation and public speaking skills with the ability to clearly formulate data and information. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong time‑management skills and attention to detail. Adept at using and adapting to new CRM tools. Full drivers’ licence. Strong computer literacy, including Word, Excel and Power Point. Ability to work autonomously and be self‑motivated. Additional Requirements Knowledge of Allied Health services. Experience in Aged Care and NDIS sectors.
