We are the parent company of two leading brands in the acrobatics and aerial arts industry: Just Acrobatics – A state‑of‑the‑art acrobatics and aerial arts studio offering floor acrobatics, tumbling, and a range of aerial disciplines. Our studios are known for high‑quality coaching, inspiring programs and a thriving student community. Bend The Air – The largest aerial arts and circus competition in Australia, offering performance opportunities to budding artists in a safe and supportive environment. We run six regional events across the country each year, culminating in an exciting national finals event. We are now seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing & Digital Coordinator to take the lead on our marketing strategy and help drive the continued growth of both brands. This is a varied and creative role that can be tailored to suit the strengths of the right candidate. You’ll join a fun, passionate and supportive team—and you’ll play a central role in elevating our digital presence, strengthening our brand identities and engaging our community. This role offers: ✨ Flexible working hours ✨ Approximately 20 hours per week (part‑time) ✨ Room for growth for the right candidate ✨ Some weekend work and interstate travel for events Key Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans for both Just Acrobatics & Bend The Air Manage the marketing budget and allocate funds strategically to maximise ROI Design, create and schedule engaging content across social media platforms Develop and manage email marketing campaigns Oversee website updates and content management (Wix & Google), and support the team with software implementation, including CRM Manage online advertising strategies and budgets (Meta & Google) Analyse digital performance metrics and prepare progress reports for management Assist with event coordination and provide administrative support to the wider team Ideal Candidate We’re looking for someone who is motivated, creative and ready to take ownership of our marketing direction.
