As one of Australia’s leading swimwear brands, we’re looking for a digitally fluent, commercially minded E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Coordinator to help power the next stage of our online growth. This is a role for someone who lives and breathes digital, from data and analytics to content, campaigns, and conversion. You’ll play a hands‑on role in shaping ENGINE’s e‑commerce journey, driving real commercial outcomes, and building a best‑in‑class digital presence alongside a high‑performing team. Role Purpose The E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Coordinator is responsible for managing and optimising the organisation’s online sales channels and digital marketing initiatives to drive revenue growth and strengthen brand presence. This role is suited to a mid‑level marketing professional with proven experience in e‑commerce and digital marketing who can operate with autonomy, energy, and commercial focus. Key Responsibilities E-Commerce Operations Manage and optimise the company’s e-commerce platform(s) to improve sales performance, conversion rates, and customer experience Maintain accurate and up-to-date product listings, pricing, promotions, and website content Monitor website performance, user behaviour, and sales trends, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement Digital Marketing Execution Plan, implement, and optimise digital marketing campaigns across paid media, social media, email marketing, SEO, and other digital channels Support product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns to drive online engagement and sales Work with external agencies where required, but retain internal performance oversight Analytics & Reporting Track and analyse campaign performance, website metrics, and ROI Prepare regular performance reports for the Director, including insights and recommendations Use data-driven insights to inform strategy and improve marketing effectiveness Run ongoing A/B testing across ads, emails, landing pages, and site experience Content & Brand Engagement Coordinate and contribute to the creation of engaging digital content suitable for target audiences Maintain consistent brand tone, messaging, and visual identity across all digital platforms Stay informed of emerging digital trends, tools, and best practices Skills, Experience & Qualifications Tertiary qualification in Digital Marketing, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience Demonstrated experience in e-commerce management and digital marketing campaign execution Working knowledge of digital advertising platforms, analytics tools, and content management systems Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Required Experience Level Typically suited to a mid-level professional with several years of relevant industry experience Comfortable working independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment Personal Attributes Proactive, motivated, and results-driven Commercially minded with strong attention to detail Adaptable and capable of working in a fast-paced environment Enthusiastic about digital marketing, e-commerce, and continuous improvement Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Growth in online revenue, conversion rate, and average order value Effective management of digital partners to maximise paid media and email performance Strong coordination and optimisation of content and social activity to drive growth and engagement Improved website experience and customer journey Ongoing testing and optimisation across campaigns, content, and site performance #J-18808-Ljbffr
