We have a vacancy opening for an ICT Business Development Manager. We are looking for a qualified and well experienced candidate to join our team. Responsibilities Gaining and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the employer’s and competitors’ products, services, and prevailing market conditions. Evaluating customers’ requirements and presenting products and services that best fulfill those needs. Preparing sales reports and maintaining records of business expenses, ensuring timely submission. Promoting the employer’s ICT products and services to both existing and potential clients. Preparing quotations, negotiating prices and credit terms, finalizing contracts, and documenting orders. Coordinating the delivery of goods, installation of equipment, and provision of related services. Providing sales management with reports on completed sales and the market performance of ICT products and services. Following up with clients to confirm satisfaction with purchased ICT products and services, coordinating necessary. Meeting with existing and potential client businesses to identify and pursue sales opportunities. Preparing lists of potential client businesses by researching trade directories and various other information sources. Modifications, and resolving any issues that may arise. Qualifications and Experience Relevant Bachelor’s degree or higher qualification, or a minimum of 5 years of experience and/or relevant vendor certification, may be accepted in place of formal qualifications.
