This role is about leading from within, engaging and empowering frontline teams to deliver high-quality support. You’ll bridge service delivery with corporate functions like HR, IT, Risk, and Workforce Planning, ensuring smooth operations and strong relationships between head office and frontline staff. Ensure compliance with legislation and standards. Compile accurate reports on service delivery and compliance. To be successful in this Level 4 Team Leader role, candidates must have the following: A relevant degree or equivalent experience in business, human services, or a related field. Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing operational alignment between corporate and service functions. Ability to manage and plan work autonomously and exercise judgement in problem-solving and decision-making. Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with legislation, compliance, and quality standards relevant to service delivery and corporate operations.
