About More Good Days More Good Days is a digital health company supporting people navigating chronic pain, post‑injury recovery, and the emotional impacts that often follow major life events—including trauma‑related and post‑traumatic health symptoms. Our team includes clinicians, innovators, and people with lived experience who care deeply about helping people feel steadier, more confident, and more in control of their wellbeing. We use a modern biopsychosocial approach that recognises the role of the body, mind, emotions, and environment in shaping how people experience pain, stress, and recovery. Through a combination of digital tools and personalised multidisciplinary support (psychology and physiotherapy), we help people understand their symptoms, build resilience, and find more ease in daily life. About the Role We’re looking for a Lead Psychologist to join our clinical team. This is a hybrid role that combines clinical practice with light leadership responsibilities. Clinically, you’ll work one‑on‑one with clients through our structured telehealth programs, supporting people living with persistent pain, recovering from injuries, or managing post‑traumatic symptoms following major life events. Alongside your clinical work, you’ll also play a supportive leadership role for our psychology team. This includes facilitating supervision, contributing to group training, and helping us maintain high standards of clinical quality and safety across the program. What You’ll Do Clinical Work (Primary) Provide evidence‑based psychological support via telehealth. Work with people experiencing chronic pain, post‑injury challenges, and trauma‑related distress. Help clients understand symptoms, build emotional steadiness, and regain confidence in daily life and movement. Guide clients through mind–body strategies and practical skills alongside our online program. Contribute to treatment planning, risk assessment, and clinical decision‑making. Leadership & Supervision Provide supervision and guidance to psychologists in the team. Facilitate group training or group supervision sessions. Support clinicians with complex cases and safety considerations. Help maintain consistent, high‑quality care across active cases. Quality & Program Development Review and refine clinical documentation to ensure clarity and quality. Help monitor clinical processes and standards. Contribute to evaluation, research, or partnership activities if you’re interested. Contribute to the development of evidence‑based psychological tools and content within our mobile app. Work with other team members to support clinical rigour, safety, and continual improvement. What This Role Offers Part‑time employed position with stable hours. Remote work (or hybrid options in Melbourne). A meaningful blend of clinical practice and light leadership. Regular supervision and peer support. Opportunities to contribute to program development, evaluation and research and content creation if interested. A competitive salary package. You’ll Be a Great Fit If You: Are a fully registered psychologist (AHPRA). Are eligible for Medicare provider status. Have experience supervising clinicians (or meet supervisor training requirements). Have skills or interest in CBT, ACT, trauma‑informed care, or mind–body approaches. Enjoy supporting clients navigating pain, injury recovery, or post‑traumatic symptoms. Feel comfortable guiding and uplifting other clinicians. Appreciate structure, consistency, and high‑quality clinical care. Like working across a varied caseload — we operate in multiple sectors and support people with very different needs. Enjoy being part of a small, collaborative team building something innovative. Contact If this sounds like the right fit, reach out at . We’re happy to answer any questions #J-18808-Ljbffr
