About the Role Provide guidance, support, and professional development to a team of psychologists. Contribute to a collaborative, neuro‑affirming, and supportive team culture. Maintain your own clinical caseload, with time allocated for leadership tasks. Support onboarding, case discussions, and reflective practice. Help ensure clinical quality, ethical practice, and consistency across the team. Work closely with the Director and Leadership team to strengthen systems, communication, and team wellbeing. What We’re Looking For Is an AHPRA registered psychologist with strong clinical skills. Endorsement in Educational and Developmental Psychology is highly regarded. Enjoys helping others grow and is confident in providing guidance and feedback. Values balanced workloads and healthy workplace culture. Is organised, approachable, and able to hold both clinical and leadership responsibilities. Communicates openly and fosters psychological safety within a team. Has an interest in shaping service delivery and supporting team development (without needing to move into a purely managerial role).
