MFB Products is privately‑owned business and a leader in the manufacture of 19" rack mount cabinets including Data Room and Wall Mount enclosures, Industrial Style 'IP66' rated Cabinets, RFI Shielded Cabinets and purpose built ruggedised Cabinets. About the role Due to ongoing business growth, we have vacancies now available for a Full Time Factory Hand, Despatch Co‑ordinator. Who has a keen eye for detail and can perform in a fast‑paced environment. Someone who can efficiently work independently and as part of a team to ensure warehouse procedures are maintained. Duties involve organising truck runs, assisting with loading and unloading trucks, creating dispatch documentation, control of inwards and outwards goods. Organisation of inwards stock and store. Other duties involve component assembly, cabinet assembly, wrapping and packing cabinets and steel components, stacking and un‑stacking powder coat line, folding steel parts, drilling, tapping and inserting steel components. About the Person: The successful candidate must demonstrate the following skills and requirements: A mechanical background is desirable Have clear verbal and written communication skills Be physically fit and healthy Good numeracy and literacy skills Self‑motivated, reliable and punctual Take pride in their work Furthermore: Work effectively in a team environment as well as independently Willing to work overtime Be able to accurately count and pack volumes of components Be able to operate hand held tools (i.e. drill, grinder, screwdriver, rivet gun) Accurately process and fill in paperwork This is an excellent opportunity for an individual to become a valued long term member of a thriving Australian manufacturing company, providing excellent working conditions, and flexible working hours whilst earning above award rates.
