We are excited to offer a new opportunity for a Property Services Team Leader – Southwest Sydney Region. Following a recent restructure, our site‑based Maintenance Coordinators now report to Property Services Team Leaders, who play a key role within the wider Catholic Healthcare Property team. Responsibilities Deliver preventative maintenance across your portfolio Coordinate and perform reactive maintenance and tasks Work with Maintenance Coordinators and Regional Managers on building improvements Manage external contractors Lead, support, and develop a high‑performing team Ensure safe work practices and compliance with policies Build strong relationships with stakeholders Qualifications Trade qualification (highly desirable) and/or Cert IV in Maintenance/Building Services Demonstrated experience in maintenance or building services roles Practical hands‑on building maintenance knowledge Contractor management experience Strong WHS understandingExcellent communication, leadership, and time‑management skills Tech‑savvy with willingness to adopt new systems Respectful, ethical, and committed to supporting older people Police Check and Driver Licence (travel required; vehicle provided) Benefits Additional leave days, salary packaging, fitness benefits, paid parental and family leave, and long service leave after five years.
