The Role We have an exciting opportunity for a Revenue Manager to join our high‑performing team and contribute to the success of one of Australia’s most iconic hotel brands. You'll have the opportunity to work for a market leader who puts customer experience at the heart of what we do. This is a pivotal commercial role with direct influence on Crown Hotels’ profitability and growth. Leveraging your expertise in market trends and data‑driven insights, you’ll design and implement pricing strategies that maximise revenue and optimise occupancy. In this role, you will: Analyse data and market insights to identify opportunities and recommend strategies that drive revenue growth. Collaborate with senior leaders to deliver reporting and actionable insights aligned with business priorities. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to ensure pricing strategies remain competitive and effective. Prepare accurate weekly and monthly occupancy and average rate forecasts using advanced revenue management tools. Continuously review customer segmentation to maximise overall profitability and provide recommendations to the business. About You You’re a strategic thinker with a passion for the hospitality industry and a deep understanding of revenue management. You thrive on using data to solve complex challenges and deliver measurable results. Your ability to influence stakeholders and manage competing priorities sets you apart. You will bring: A tertiary qualification in Hotel Management, Commerce, or a related discipline. Proven experience as a Revenue Manager within the hotel sector, with a strong track record of driving profitability. Advanced analytical and mathematical skills, with the ability to translate insights into commercial outcomes. Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills. Experience with IDeaS or similar revenue management systems (advantageous). A strong understanding of emerging technologies and their role in enhancing the customer journey.
