We’re expanding our footprint in the Energy, Resources & Industrial sector and are looking for a Project Manager to lead Dayforce implementation projects for clients in these industries. What You’ll Do Manage end-to-end delivery of Dayforce implementation projects for clients in the Energy, Resources & Industrial sector. Partner with stakeholders at all levels to ensure timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Monitor progress, manage resources, and keep everyone aligned. Identify risks early and keep projects on track. Maintain clear, accurate reporting to support decision‑making. What We’re Looking For 5+ years of project management experience , ideally in technology or HR/payroll implementations. Experience with Dayforce or similar HCM platforms (highly desirable). Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills. A detail‑oriented mindset and pride in delivering excellence. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
