This is a Permanent Full‑Time appointment. Interviews will be held the week commencing Monday 12 January 2026. What is our Director‑Aboriginal Health role? This is an exciting leadership opportunity within the North Metropolitan Health Service (NMHS) Strategy and Transformation Division to provide strategic leadership and oversight of the development, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of Aboriginal Health strategy for Aboriginal patients in the NMHS and linked regional and remote WA catchments. The Director Aboriginal Health provides strategic leadership on Aboriginal health within the NMHS, aligned to the WA Aboriginal Health and Wellbeing Framework. The Director is responsible for leading and promoting the development and implementation of Aboriginal health strategies, policies and programs. The Director represents NMHS on system‑wide forums, provides key insights and analysis to support decision‑making on Aboriginal Health Strategy to meet the needs and, leads and directs the Aboriginal Health team to deliver a program of work aligned to NMHS’s and system‑wide strategic priorities.
