About Groove Nation Groove Nation is an award-winning provider of Primary School dance programs across NSW and Victoria. Since 2011, we've helped thousands of students experience the joy, confidence and connection that comes from dancing together. We're growing fast and are looking for a talented PA & Community Engagement Coordinator to join our team and support our Director, Amy, with administration, communications and relationship-building with schools and partners. About the Role This is a hands‑on and varied role combining personal assistant duties, community engagement, light sales coordination and event support . You'll help us stay connected with our incredible network of schools while keeping our systems, schedules and communications running seamlessly. You’ll be the friendly face who visits our team at schools, helps at conferences and keeps our programs top of mind through re‑bookings and campaigns - all while supporting our Director behind the scenes with admin and planning and communicating with parents. This is a hybrid, Work from Home (WFH) position with 27 hours per week, from Monday to Friday with hours from 8am - 2:30pm (M‑T) & Friday 8am - 11am To apply for this role you must*: Have your own car Have a full licence Live around or close to the Sutherland Shire Be familiar with Education or Performing Arts Industry Be willing to run face to face administration errands Proven attention to detail (e.g., no typos in your cover letter) *Please don't apply for this role if you don't live locally as this role won't be suitable. What you'll do: Provide PA support to the Director (inbox, scheduling, organisation) Liaise warmly with schools, teachers and parents about programs and events Deliver equipment to our team, assist with coordinating costumes and small gifts to schools Assist with school re-bookings and new program enquiries Support conference planning and attendance Assist with sales follow-ups and lead tracking in Asana and Mailchimp Help coordinate social media and email campaigns promoting new programs Manage bookings, forms and program communications (including staffing communications and covers) Support new operational initiatives and process improvements Provide admin support for Combined Schools Concerts (sister company), Help Project and other performance events Ad hoc admin (parent emails/phone calls, school enquiries etc.) This role would suit someone who: Has 3+ years' experience in admin, PA or community/sales support Has exceptional verbal and written communication skills and a warm, professional manner Is confident juggling multiple priorities (i.e., exceptional time management skills) and enjoys taking initiative Loves connecting with people and strengthening relationships Can problem‑solve and enjoys streamlining processes Is tech‑savvy and comfortable using a Mac (Apple) Familiar with Google Workspace, Canva, Mailchimp and Asana (or similar) Has experience in education, performing arts or community engagement (desirable) Lives locally (Sutherland Shire area preferred) and holds a full driver's licence Holds Australian work rights as required for this position If you love helping others and want to be part of a growing, purpose‑driven business, we'd love to hear from you Please submit your CV and a cover letter .
