Your mission is to help develop new business and nurture long-term partnerships, while also helping to facilitate and spark great creative ideas for clients. You’ll bring together commercial know-how with creative vision, turning client briefs into bold solutions that excite and deliver. From leading tender responses to co-creating concepts alongside our creative team, you’ll ensure every client interaction feels seamless, inspiring, and world-class. The result? What You’ll Do Drive Fourth Wall’s client services strategy, building meaningful partnerships and unlocking new business opportunities across global markets Lead tender responses end-to-end — from qualification to pitch — bringing together cross-functional teams to deliver world-class submissions Build and nurture trusted relationships with senior marketers, decision-makers, and new clients, creating long-term value and repeat opportunities Represent Fourth Wall at industry events, masterclasses, and networking forums, elevating our presence and opening new doors Champion the our social media offering, shaping a forward-thinking social and digital offering that cuts through the noise Guide the client services team to capture, create, and activate standout work across social and digital channels Be present across key project moments — turn-over, pre-production, and on-site — ensuring clients feel supported, valued, and stress-free Foster a high-performing, collaborative team culture that reflects the Fourth Wall Way About You Tertiary qualification in business, marketing, sales, public relations, or equivalent experience 7+ years in an agency, partnerships, client services, or advertising sales role Proven success building relationships, driving growth, and delivering presentations that land with impact Experienced in leading tender processes, working with briefs, and shaping creative responses in fast-paced environments A confident, strategic communicator who can engage senior stakeholders and guide internal teams with clarity Strong commercial acumen with a track record of meeting revenue and growth targets Highly organised, proactive, and solutions-driven — able to manage multiple opportunities while staying calm under pressure A collaborative leader who mentors with intention and embodies the Fourth Wall Way Proficient with G-Suite, Microsoft Office, and modern business systems; digitally confident and future-focused Why Fourth Wall Fourth Wall is a creative and innovative powerhouse that thrives on artistry, working with the world’s most progressive brands.
