The team is expanding in Queensland and looking for someone who’s comfortable selling into small and medium businesses and wants to join a company with a genuine pathway into leadership. The role Drive outbound sales activity into QLD’s SMB market - 100+ outreach per week (calls, visits, emails) Manage a short, momentum-driven sales cycle (typically 1–2 weeks) Meet with business owners in person, build strong relationships, and close deals Work out of the Brisbane office, with fieldwork around the city Collaborate with a national sales team and take part in structured training What they’re looking for Background in business development, merchant services, SaaS, telco, or a similar outbound environment Confident communicator who enjoys high activity and thrives on fast cycles Someone who can handle rejection, stay positive, and keep moving A team-minded operator who wants to grow — quickly What’s on offer $80K-$95K base + super (depending on experience) Uncapped commissions with strong earning potential All tools + travel covered for client meetings Clear pathway to step into senior roles if you perform Start date early January (perfect for people planning a clean move after the holidays) If you’d like a confidential chat before applying, just reach out.
