Business Development Manager - Remote We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and implementing strategies to increase revenue, and building strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in business development and a deep understanding of the industry. The role is based in Brisbane / Gold Coast area. The Role Develop and implement strategic business development plans to drive revenue growth. Achieve and surpass sales targets through proactive sales strategies. Monitor sales performance and adjust tactics to optimize revenue generation. Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with agency partners. Conduct consumer presentations to inspire prospective clients. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility and forge new connections. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and partnership agreements in the CRM system. About You An outgoing and confident personality. Previous sales experience within the travel industry. Self‑leadership and a high level of organisational and time management skills. Proven relationship management skills. Exceptional presentation and training skills. Well‑developed communication and negotiation skills. Ability to analyse and evaluate sales opportunities. The ability to work within a team and to openly share information with team members and other departments.
