Telecom & Signal Processing Engineer Are you passionate about pushing the boundaries of hardware acceleration and algorithm optimization? Then join our highly skilled R&D team as a Telecom and Signal Processing Engineer, where you'll play a pivotal role in designing, implementing and optimizing specialized algorithms on high-performance and scalable products. In this role you will contribute to all stages of product development, bringing innovative solutions from concept to deployment, and shape the future of our next-generation hardware platform, in collaboration with Chora’s software and hardware teams. Your Role And Responsibilities Design and implement high-performance, computationally intensive algorithms on proprietary hardware, with a focus on FPGA implementations. Develop and optimize advanced digital signal processing (DSP) algorithms, enhancing modem performance and efficiency. Implement baseband algorithms for synchronization and tracking across complex communication systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of software and hardware components, driving robust and scalable solutions. Your Profile We are looking for a specialist who combines strong professional experience with the right mindset. You thrive both as a collaborative team player and as an independent problem-solver. Ideally, you bring: A Master of Science in Engineering, Computer Science, Wireless Communication, Signal Processing, Electronic Engineering or related field Proven experience in FPGA development and simulation, including hands-on algorithm implementation, optimization, and RTL design Strong programming skills in languages such as C++, Python, VHDL, and Verilog Solid understanding of hardware architecture and parallel computing principles Knowledge of radio communication principles and algorithms Experience with Xilinx Vivado and signal processing techniques You live within commuting distance of Aarhus, and you speak and write Danish and English at professional level. You have a clean criminal recordandyou are either a Danish citizen or have lived in Denmark for at least the last 7 years. Chora is a medium-sized corporation with room for differences.
