Provide detailed and accurate financial and yield reports, reflecting our commitment to excellence and transparency. Oversee hotel operations during night hours, ensuring smooth management in the absence of department Heads of Department. Accurately record and address guest feedback, resolving any issues with promptness and grace, while upholding our commitment to impeccable service. Uphold the utmost standards of guest security and privacy throughout the night. More about you Minimum of 1 year in a similar Night Auditor role within a 5-star hotel environment is preferred. Familiarity with Opera Cloud is advantageous, reflecting your capability in sophisticated hotel management systems. A discerning eye for accuracy and a dedication to excellence in all aspects of your work. Demonstrated understanding of hotel finance principles is highly valued.
