With 97 rooms, including den, studio, and one-bedroom suites, the hotel offers extended-stay guests comfort, space, and flexibility in a central urban location. As the first Hyatt House in Australia, this is a chance to be part of something fresh and purposeful. We are looking for a Night Auditor to join our Front Office team in a part-time capacity, generally working two nights per week. This role supports our Night Manager and takes the lead on their rostered days off. The focus is on running the night audit process, responding to guest needs overnight, and maintaining a calm, safe environment for guests and colleagues. Manage late-night guest check-ins, check-outs, and requests Run the full night audit process and daily reporting Monitor the safety and security of the hotel overnight Respond to guest feedback or issues with confidence and care Support emergency procedures if needed (Chief Warden / First Aid backup) Maintain accurate records and ensure a smooth morning handover Your background: Previous experience as a Night Auditor or in hotel front office operations A current RSA certificate Ability to work independently, stay calm under pressure, and manage competing tasks Availability for overnight shifts , including weekends and public holidays as required Candidates must hold valid Australian work rights including citizens, permanent residents, or those with valid work visas First Aid certification Hyatt House employees enjoy, but are not limited to: In house training programs and initiatives Discounted dining in our H Bar & Market Complimentary hot beverages daily Discounted staff parking $12 per day Discounted and complimentary accommodation across Hyatt Hotels worldwide Complimentary laundry for work related items We are a close-knit, hands-on team.
