About the Role Are you a Product Manager who loves turning great ideas into real-world solutions? Our client, a fast-growing SaaS company based on the Gold Coast and is looking for their next product superstar to help shape and scale their global SAAS platform. What You’ll Be Doing Partner with the Chief Product Officer (CPO) to define and deliver the overall product strategy. Streamline workflows from planning through to release, keeping velocity high and quality world-class. Collaborate closely with BAs, PMs, and the Development Team, applying agile and scrum best practices. Own and manage a prioritised product backlog that drives measurable business and customer value. Translate ideas and feedback into clear, actionable user stories with strong acceptance criteria. Use data, analytics, and user insights to guide decisions and validate outcomes. Embrace modern tools and AI to boost efficiency, collaboration, and innovation. Champion simplicity, scalability, and intuitive design in every feature you deliver. What You’ll Bring 3+ years in SaaS Product Management or BA/product roles, ideally within B2B or vertical SaaS environments. Strong technical understanding with the ability to communicate clearly with dev teams. Hands‑on experience working in agile environments with engineers, designers, and QA. Skilled at grooming tickets, writing user stories, and setting clear acceptance criteria. Proven ability to translate stakeholder feedback into actionable product requirements. Deep knowledge of agile frameworks and tools such as Jira. Comfortable leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity, research, and ideation.
