As we continue expanding our offerings were in search of a passionate product manager to spearhead the creation of our product team. Looking for a step-up opportunity into your first appointment as a Product Manager The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for gaps in our product offerings and a creative mindset for filling them. You should be a highly skilled market analyst with the ability to strategize the full lifecycle of a product from idea to launch. Were looking for a passionate collaborator who can guide cross-functional teams in the creation of products that improve customer experience and grow market share. Key responsibilities will include: Develop product strategies for promotional lines awards personal ID work apparel and other new aligned products. Analyse customer needs market trends and market activity. Partner with & negotiate wit domestic and overseas supply partners. Know your market the competitors both established and emerging. Product development pipeline leadership. Commercially capable delivering the required sales margin and return on inventories. Product costing leadership. Passionate about sustainability and ethical sourcing strategies and solutions. YOUR BACKGROUND Passionate about products. Understands that the customer is everything. Understands business & product development. Familiar with and can develop product & category strategies. Determined & disciplined but fair negotiation approach with our partners.
