CARE Australia is investing in regular giving as a critical driver of long‑term impact. We’re looking for a Regular Giving Manager who is motivated by possibility: someone curious, driven and creative, who enjoys improving programs, testing ideas and building supporter relationships that last. What you’ll do Lead CARE’s regular giving program across acquisition, conversion, retention and growth , using a multi‑channel approach. Design and deliver integrated campaigns across digital, telemarketing, mail and lead conversion. Bring fresh thinking to campaign design, supporter journeys and communications. Use insight and results to guide decisions, refine approaches and improve performance over time. Collaborate closely with creative, digital, data and agency partners to turn ideas into action. Manage budgets, plans and reporting with clarity and accountability. Champion ethical fundraising and positive supporter experience across the program. About you You’re likely someone who: Has hands‑on experience managing or significantly contributing to a regular giving program. Is self‑motivated, driven and innovative — you see opportunities and enjoy making things better. Balances creativity with follow‑through: you can generate ideas and deliver them. Is confident working with data and results Communicates well, builds trust, and works collaboratively across teams. Is motivated by purpose and impact and wants their work to matter. Why CARE? CARE is one of the world’s leading humanitarian organisations, working in over 100 countries.
