Our Fredon Air WA Service team in Bayswater is currently looking for an experienced Senior HVAC Supervisor to join our team on a full-time basis located in Bayswater . Reporting to the Service Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for leading, coordinating and supporting our HVAC Service Technicians in delivering quality work. What you’ll be doing: Lead, coach and mentor HVAC Service Technicians and apprentices Provide technical support to both the service technicians and clients Build, grow and manage relationships with key stakeholders Attend client meetings, including providing updates and being the main point of contact for escalations Assist with tender submission, toolbox meetings, quotations and maintenance reports Conduct site inspections and asset review conditions Assist the service team in scheduling maintenance works and service jobs Generate monthly client financial, job history and quote reports as required Liaise with technicians to reduce work in progress time and close off jobs more efficiently Review Simpro job notes and records Assist with after hour rostering Ensure WH&S legislation and obligations are understood and met by yourself and all team members, including conducting safety audits and SWMS reviews. Assist management with cost control, budgeting, review of material use and subcontractor performance Assist with continuous improvement initiatives Other ad hoc duties are required The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience: 5 plus years’ experience as a Senior HVAC Supervisor within the Commercial HVAC industry Previous demonstrated experience in a team leader role Must have a Certificate 3 in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Must have a valid WA driver's licence, white card, Refrigeration and WA restricted electrical licence. Experience in job management systems, including SimPRO preferred High attention to detail and organisational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills both verbal and written Use of initiative and problem-solving skills Ability to work autonomously Positive team player with a can-do attitude Willing to travel across Perth Benefits A highly competitive remuneration package Company vehicle provided A positive team environment with support from management Company uniform, phone and training provided The successful applicant with be required to provide contactable references and be willing to undergo a pre-employment medical.
