Location: Hybrid Online (Telehealth) and In‑Person (Perth, WA) Salary: Base $100,000 – $140,000 per annum + 12% superannuation Hours: Full‑time (38 hours per week) Start Date: 2026 About Us Inner Universe Psychology is a specialist trauma‑focused psychotherapy service providing relational, evidence‑based treatment to adults with histories of complex trauma and dissociative disorders. Our small, collegial team works collaboratively to support deep, sustainable psychological healing through integrative modalities such as CRM, EFT, IFS, DBR, and psychodynamic approaches. We value warmth, integrity, attunement, and lifelong learning in clinical practice. About the Role We are seeking an experienced Clinical Mental Health Social Worker (Therapist) to join our team in a full‑time hybrid telehealth and in‑person position. This role involves providing trauma‑informed assessment and psychotherapy to adolescents and adult clients presenting with complex developmental and relational trauma histories. You will work from your own private, secure workspace, delivering high‑quality therapy online and in‑person as‑needed, within a supportive, reflective, and professional environment. Administrative, intake, and billing support are provided. Key Responsibilities Deliver evidence‑based trauma therapy to adolescent and adult clients Conduct comprehensive psychosocial and mental health assessments Develop and maintain individualised treatment plans Work within ethical, legal, and professional frameworks consistent with AASW standards Maintain clinical records and participate in supervision and professional development Contribute to reflective practice and a collegial team culture Essential Criteria Accredited Mental Health Social Worker (AASW membership and accreditation) Minimum 10 years post‑qualification experience, including at least 5 years trauma‑specific Expertise in treating complex PTSD, dissociation, and attachment‑related issues Competence in CRM, IFS, DBR, EMDR, psychodynamic, or somatic therapies Excellent interpersonal and reflective communication skills Secure, reliable internet and confidential workspace Desirable Postgraduate training or certification in trauma‑specific modalities Experience providing clinical supervision Familiarity with Medicare processes or private‑practice systems Benefits $100,000 – $140,000 base salary + 12% superannuation 5 weeks annual leave Flexible telehealth model with admin support Application Process Cover letter addressing the selection criteria Current CV Contact details for two professional referees Send applications to *****@inneruniversepsychology.com by 23/12/2025.
