What you will do Conduct comprehensive assessments of adults within the hospital setting to determine care needs and arrange appropriate support. Maintain detailed and accurate records of interventions, support plans, and communications with patients and healthcare professionals. Requirements of the Social Worker A degree or equivalent qualification in social work is essential. You must hold a current Social Work England registration. Proven experience working on the frontline in UK Social Services as a qualified Social Worker is highly desirable.
