Clean Smoke Free Environment Key Responsibilities Act as first point of contact for all client enquiries via email and phone. Prioritise and schedule jobs daily across Australia. Coordinate and update compliance documentation, licenses, and inductions. Liaise with electrical, IT, and facility managers for major accounts. Manage debtors and creditors processes efficiently. Support preventative and facilities maintenance programs. Collaborate closely with staff across the business. Provide ad hoc support across operations. What We're Looking For Proven experience in scheduling/coordination within electrical, communications, or facilities maintenance preferred. Comfortable with job management systems (AroFlo experience a plus). Excellent time management, accuracy, and communication skills. Ability to handle conflicting deadlines while maintaining composure.
