The Role This an initial part time role with options for extra hours and the possible extension to full time Afternoons: 12pm – 5pm, Mon–Fri As an experienced Client Services Administrator who has succeeded in a very busy environment, you will bring many of the attributes required to thrive here: Candidates must possess a minimum of 2+ years of experience as a Client Services Administrator or in a similar role Candidates must have relevant experience in any client-facing administrative role that demonstrates the ability to manage customer relationships and administrative responsibilities. Efficiency – handle large volumes of tasks Effectiveness – prioritise & re-prioritise as required Level-headedness – maintain composure under pressure Structured – preference to follow proven systems Initiative – capacity to improve systems Service Orientation – belief that customers are the reason a business exists With comprehensive training, your responsibilities will evolve to include: Greeting and assisting walk-in & phone-in customers Asking the right questions to understand customer needs Providing quality print advice & products Entering electronic and manual data with accuracy Managing and actioning a significant quantity of emails and concurrent projects Creating new customer profiles in our industry-specific CRM Processing, tracking and monitoring print jobs through to completion Liaising & ordering with trusted suppliers Updating job progress data & advising customers Assisting in the creation of accurate & competitive quotes Assisting with minor artwork updates and emailing of artwork proofs Helping with manual (and sometimes repetitive) print finishing tasks, e.g. envelope stuffing, collating, bundling, magnet application, guillotining, binding, and more What You'll Get From Us Security & stability in a locally owned & operated business with 18 years under its belt.
