Role Description We are seeking a full-time New Car Sales Consultant to join our on-site team in Berwick, VIC. In this role, you will engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable Mazda vehicles. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include building relationships with potential buyers, assisting them through the sales process, following up with customers to ensure satisfaction, achieving sales targets, and maintaining a professional, customer-focused approach. Qualifications Strong Customer Satisfaction and Customer Retention skills, demonstrating a commitment to exceptional service Effective Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities to connect with customers and team members Automotive Sales experience or aptitude for understanding vehicle features and selling effectively Proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships to drive repeat and referral business Self-motivated with a positive attitude and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment A valid driver’s license is required Previous experience in car sales or retail sales is advantageous but not mandatory Seniority level Entry level Employment type Full-time Job function Sales and Business Development #J-18808-Ljbffr
