Projects include a mixture of new build construction, heritage, general building refurbishment and infrastructure upgrade projects valued between $500,000 and $10 million. The role You will be an experienced project coordinator who is looking to progress into a Project Management role; responsible for managing the quality standards, assurance and control to support Infrastructure upgrades and future submarine capability The role will involve mainly working onsite SOR near Rockingham and our Balcatta office Responsibilities Plan and coordinate works, equipment and personnel Provide technical advice to personnel regarding design, construction, program modification or repairs Compile and create QA/QC documentation Schedule and coordinate works in accordance with program requirements Planning and procurement ahead of schedule Quantity take-offs and estimating Ensure compliance with HSECQ requirements About you Extensive on-ground project delivery experience Tertiary qualification in Engineering (Desirable) Project delivery skills, including budgeting and coordinating works Client facing with a strong commercial skillset Able to positively influence, develop and maintain stakeholder relationships Self-managing while working well in a team environment Proven problem-solving ability and can ‘think outside the box’ Attention to detail and the ability to prioritise and manage deadlines Demonstrated experience in planning and coordinating subcontractors across all trades The benefits Ongoing rewards & recognition programs Access to everyday discounts from Australia’s leading retailers with Flare Paid parental leave Employee referral programs up to $2000 Salary sacrifice options Employee Assistance Program Novated lease options First Aid and Mental First Aid Support Officers About us The Duratec group of Companies is an ASX listed, solutions–driven businessspecialising in theprotection, remediation, and enhancement of steel and concrete structures.
