Liverpool City Council, Österreich ClearCompany Vollzeit

Location : Liverpool Region. South-West SydneySalary Package : $140k - $170k + Car Allowance + Super + Bonus (circa $200k package)Role Highlights : This is a senior, hands‑on WHS leadership role with real influence. You’ll own safety nationally, work directly with the executive team, and lead the business from reactive to proactive safety. Role Overview I've partnered exclusively with a fast‑growing, purpose‑led Australian organisation operating nationally across healthcare, aged care, logistics, warehousing & manufacturing. Over the past few years, the business has doubled in size. What worked before no longer scales. As a result, this is a newly elevated National Safety Manager role, created to take safety from coordinator‑level support to true leadership ownership. You won’t be starting from scratch. There are systems, certifications (ISO, NDIS), support functions, and engaged people already in place. What’s missing is a senior safety leader. Someone who knows what good looks like, can bring structure, influence leaders, and build a framework that actually works in the real world. This role suits someone who prefers building over maintaining, influencing over policing, and bringing people on the journey rather than forcing compliance. Responsibilities Own and lead WHS nationally across 80+ sites and 1,000+ employees Design, implement, and embed a robust Safety Management System Lead injury management, workers compensation, and RTW frameworks Shift accountability for safety back to leaders through coaching and change management Conduct and oversee risk assessments, audits, and incident investigations Partner closely with executives, managers, and frontline teams Drive hazard reporting, proactive controls, and continuous improvement Act as the primary WHS advisor to the executive and senior leadership team Liaise with regulators, insurers, auditors, and external stakeholders Candidate Profile You’re a senior WHS professional who has lived through growth. You’ve seen what happens when a business outgrows its systems and you know how to bring order without bureaucracy. You’re comfortable being hands‑on, visible, and on the road. You can speak to warehouse teams one minute, aged care providers the next, and executives the after that. You don’t need a huge team to make impact. You need trust, influence, and the space to build. This role will suit someone from a small to mid‑sized organisation who understands end‑to‑end safety, injury management, and RTW. Someone who prefers ownership over silos and knows how to bring people with them on the journey. You’ll bring Strong end‑to‑end WHS experience, including RTW and workers compensation Cert IV WHS minimum (additional injury management RTW or other relevant qualifications will be highly regarded) Proven ability to design, implement, and embed WHS frameworks Experience engaging senior leaders and influencing change A practical, people‑first approach to safety Comfortable operating in dynamic, growing environments With over 1,000 staff and a national footprint, they have grown very quickly in recent years, which means this role comes at a perfect time for you to make your mark. This is a values‑led organization where people genuinely care about the work they do and the impact, supporting aged care, hospitals, and community care across Australia. Safety matters here because people matter. You’ll be trusted, supported, and backed by an executive team who know this role is critical and want it done properly. Benefits National leadership role with executive visibility True blank canvas to build and lead safety properly Strong growth trajectory with future team build potential Various supporting functions and people already in place to help Location : HO is Liverpool Area, Southwest Sydney with parking onsite. Flexible working. On the road at least 60% of the time, not stuck behind a desk. Majority of sites are along the East‑Coast Be part of a business that is passionate about improving the lives of the elderly and disabled. Great team culture, supportive, fun and customer focused Salary Range : $140k - $170k + Car Allowance + Super + Bonus (Circa $200k package ) Apply If this sounds like you, please send your resume by clicking the "apply" link below.
