Location: Sydney-based role Contract: 9-Month Max Term Contract On-site Requirement: 3-4 days in the office per week Why On-site? This is a highly collaborative position involving regular face-to-face workshops and close team interaction, making in-office presence essential. What’s the role? As a Content Designer, you’ll create clear, effective content that simplifies complex experiences for all users. Your work ensures customers and team members can achieve their goals with ease while supporting transformation initiatives that deliver real value. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to solve problems and develop practical solutions. You’ll own content design decisions, share work for feedback, and contribute to engaging workshops and design sessions. Using insights from research and data, you’ll inform content strategies and help improve workflows and processes. A key part of the role includes contributing to the enterprise design system with content guidelines and patterns. Beyond project work, you’ll share knowledge, mentor peers, and actively participate in the internal design community to foster learning and innovation. By championing best practices and advocating for user needs, you’ll help shape inclusive, user-centred content aligned with business goals. What do I need?
