LJ Hooker is considering for two different positions. For our expanding business, we're seeking a talented assistant property manager and an equally talented BDM. You will be skilled coordinator of property marketing and customer relationship building, with an understanding of the database, nurturing and growth. Ability to meet strict deadlines and manage workflow Great work ethic involving a mixture of accuracy, efficiency, initiative and enthusiasm Customer service focus with a positive and can-do attitude Property Manager - Tasks & Responsibilities Assistant Professional management of the portfolio Assistant lease renewals, option renewals and rent reviews Assistant Following up rent arrears Assistant with managing maintenance Assistant Routine Inspections Assistant Co-ordinating property repairs and maintenance Assistant Correspondence between owners and tenants Assistant Providing exceptional customer service BDM - Tasks & Responsibilities Business Development - Explore for new prospects within the current database and through effective networking; for instance, find new lead and referral sources, attend events, generate new lead opportunities and private networking. Establish and maintain a qualified pipeline of business. Manage a steady flow of leads by effectively using the leads that the company provides in a diligent manner. Client management - motivate and excite clients by showing them what they can achieve; they must have strong communication skills and natural emotional intelligence. Cold calling / database calls Observe the KPIs and targets you establish for each week and month. Use the business CRM to keep a complete, up-to-date record of all activities and achievements. Reporting and administration - strictly record all activities and provide weekly or as-needed reporting on the sales funnel. Present professionally, use your personality but always look immaculate and provide outstanding client service. Learn the research and be in a position to articulate our process and research to the market and clients. Assist the team with ad-hoc projects to further assist the business. Present yourself professionally, express yourself while maintaining impeccable appearance, and offer exceptional customer service. Being able to explain our approach and research to the market and clients requires knowledge of the research. Help the team with ad hoc tasks to help the company even more.
