Cadet Project Manager – Structural Steel

The Role As a Junior Cadet Project Manager, you will work alongside our experienced project management team to gain hands‑on experience across all stages of project delivery — from estimation and design coordination to site management and client liaison. Your key responsibilities will include: Assisting Project Managers with the coordination of steel fabrication and installation projects Reviewing and interpreting fabrication drawings and shop details Preparing project documentation, schedules, and progress reports Liaising with suppliers, fabricators, site supervisors, and clients Attending site meetings and conducting quality and safety checks Supporting procurement and material tracking processes About You You’re eager to learn, proactive, and ready to take ownership of your career in a fast‑paced environment.
