Company Description Structural and architectural steel contractor operating in the Tier 1 sector on infrastructure, health, education, aviation & large commercial projects. Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site role located in Laverton North, VIC for a Structural Steel Senior Project Manager. The role involves overseeing project timelines, budgets, and overall project execution to meet client expectations. Key responsibilities include managing procurement, shop detailing, design coordination, processing & fabrication planning, HSEQ oversight, project budget, client communication, logistics, temporary engineering & erection methodology, contract, scope & specifications and installation including access equipment & cranage. The Senior Project Manager will also be responsible for maintaining strong communication with stakeholders, resolving project challenges, and ensuring the successful delivery of structural steel projects on time and within budget. Salary: A$130,000.00 - A$170,000.00 Qualifications Experienced in managing large & complex structural steel projects. Strong Project Management skills to oversee project planning, scheduling, and execution. Disciplined, accountable & proactive. Strong leadership, organizational, and problem‑solving skills. A bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Thorough understanding of relevant structural steel codes & standards.
