We are a leading provider of supply chain and transport solutions in e-Commerce industry. Located in major cities - Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne and Perth.Due to continued growth of the company we are looking for a Full-Time Junior accounts officer to join our above medium level but growing team based in our Homebush West office - starting ASAP.The role is to assist and oversee all day to day accounting, financial and administrative function of the company. We are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual who is able to work autonomously.It is a busy role due to variety & volume of transactions so a good multi-tasker who is organised with great attention to detail is a must.You must also have a sense of urgency in attending to client transactions on the spot in a timely manner. Requirements Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role. Accounting Software: Advanced proficiency in MYOB AccountRight. Microsoft office: Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Word. Communication: Excellent communication skills both verbally and written. Numeracy & Data Entry: Numerically strong and have proficient data entry skills. Organisation: Highly organised with high level attention to detail. Language Skill: Fluent in English and Mandarin, both spoken and written (typing). Work right Must be an Australian Citizen, Permanent resident or holding a valid Working Visa . Responsibilities Managing accounts receivable and payable. Following up on customer payments in a timely and professional manner. Assisting with internal and external queries related to accounts and general operations. Reconciling supplier accounts to ensure accuracy and up-to-date records. Processing staff expense claims in line with company policies. Coordinating appointments. Performing ad hoc duties as requested by management. Maintaining general office files and documentation related to the company’s operations.
