Clublinks Management has been appointed to manage and operate the brand new Bundha Sports Centre in North Fitzroy. This state‑of‑the‑art complex includes a café, gym, multiple levels of mixed‑use courts, and multipurpose spaces. Described as a model for sustainable urban infrastructure, this all‑electric, 5‑star green facility will be home to multiple sports, including basketball, netball, volleyball and futsal and will provide a place for the community to connect and pursue other health & wellness initiatives. We will adopt a staggered approach, beginning from mid‑September with the opening of the 5 sports courts, and growing to full operations (Gym, Group Fitness and Café) expected by February 2026. We are looking to build our onsite team at Bundha Sports Centre and are on the hunt for passionate and enthusiastic Customer Service Officers to be the welcoming face of our brand‑new centre, providing a‑grade service to all members and visitors ensuring every visit is a memorable one. Responsibilities Greeting and assisting members and visitors Taking tours of the venue Facilitating membership sales and venue bookings Handling enquiries across reception and phone Supporting day‑to‑day operations Responding to customer complaints Ensuring Bundha remains safe, clean and ready for use at all times Assisting with membership processes and promoting programs and services About you Nail our values Proven customer service and membership experience Customer service experience within sport and leisure industry (desirable) A vibrant and energetic personal energy Exceptional communication and presentation skills Proven ability to work and perform in a high paced, active environment Ability to work a varied roster including opens, closes and weekends Current National Police check, Working with Children check and First Aid qualifications (or willing to obtain) How to apply Please send us through a your application (cover letter & resume) pronto as we shall review applications as they are received.
