This is your chance to make a real impact Join Buildcert as an Inbound Sales Specialist in our Client Engagement Team, where you’ll drive business growth, build strong client relationships, and take your career to the next level. Responsibilities Managing inbound enquiries and associated processes Identifying and developing new business opportunities Conducting outbound calls to support growth across diverse markets Monitoring leads and securing growth opportunities Supporting the Business Development Manager in coordinating meetings with new prospects Contributing to our strategic growth plan by achieving targets and objectives Building and maintaining strong client relationships Ensuring CRM data and customer accounts are accurate and up to date About You Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and build relationships A proactive approach to uncovering new business opportunities Proficiency in MS Office and the ability to quickly learn new systems Dedication to delivering high-quality customer service Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines Meticulous attention to detail A current driver’s license and legal work rights in Australia Experience in a display home environment or similar building industry roles What We Offer Permanent full‑time role with an attractive salary package Ongoing professional training and support Flexible work options, including remote work, birthday leave, and purchased leave Long‑term, rewarding career opportunities Modern offices and equipment Professional work environment with a fantastic culture Health and wellbeing programs, including access to our wellbeing platform This role will commence early 2026, however we will be looking at applications for interviews in the coming weeks.
