About the role As the Rostering and Administration Officer , you’ll be at the centre of daily operations developing and managing staff rosters, coordinating the casual workforce, and maintaining accurate records to ensure seamless service delivery. You’ll also provide vital administrative support, assisting with payroll, financial processing, and responding to enquiries with professionalism and care. A great communicator and can build and maintain stakeholder relationships to support smooth operations across multiple sites. Confident using digital systems to manage rostering, payroll, and reporting efficiently. Knowledge of and commitment to implementing the Department’s Aboriginal Education Policy and upholding the Department’s Partnership Agreement with the NSW AECG and to ensure quality outcomes for Aboriginal people. Essential requirements of the role Current and valid Working with Children Check clearance for paid employment. Demonstrated understanding of and commitment to the value of public education. 35‑hour week with flexible working arrangements.
