2 days ago Be among the first 25 applicants Direct message the job poster from Real Estate Developer & Investor Designation : HR & Administration Manager Location : Sydney (Onsite ) Reporting : CEO , Australia Operations Client : Leading Real Estate developer with 1 billion + USD revenue and 3000 + employees worldwide with presence in across Middle East, India and US . Responsibilities Build and lead HR - Administration function as part of the client Australian subsidiary founding team .Establish and manage HR systems, policies, and procedures from the ground up. Lead and oversee all aspects of HR- including recruitment, onboarding, training and development, performance management, compensation and benefits and employee relations. Manage general office administration, including facilities and vendor management. Oversee workplace health and safety (WHS) compliance and initiatives. Laise with local authorities and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Experience Bachelors or Masters - Human Resources Management or related field with minimum 7 -10 yrs of relevant industry experience . Work exposure in real estate or related industry is a big plus but not mandatory . Work exposure in green field projects with APAC or global companies based in Sydney / New South Wales . Prior pan Australia work exposure is big plus .
