Focussing on State and Federal Government fleet business, the ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, overseeing fleet operations and ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.Reporting to the Head of Fleet & Corporate and partnering with the brand teams to drive market share and growth of the brand, your key responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following
:Manage tender submissionsManage contractsDevelop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored fleet solutionsOversee the daily operations of the vehicle fleet, including maintenance, logistics and compliance with regulationsProvide guidance to the dealer network for local government sales opportunitiesCoordinate with various departments to ensure timely and efficient delivery of servicesMonitor fleet performance metrics and implement improvement strategiesHandle client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer servicePrepare and present reports on fleet performance and client satisfaction to senior managementAbout you:Exceptional experience in sales management in a Fleet management company or OEM distribution fleet managementStrong automotive product knowledgeAbility to build and maintain strong client relationshipsCapable of introducing new initiatives that propel the business ahead of competitorsDemonstrates strategic capabilities to create meaningful and resonant plansNaturally interested in the business with a desire to contribute to collaborative, team based environment beyond their direct responsibilitiesExperience in leading change, especially in enhancing customer experienceStrong ability to interpret data and make data driven decisionsSkilled in addressing operational challenges and optimising fleet performanceAbe to prioritise tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast paced environmentApply nowIf you are a dynamic and visionary person with a proven track record of driving innovation and excellence we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
