About The Role As a Wellbeing & Safety Specialist you will be responsible for the delivery of high‑quality W&S subject matter expertise and the delivery of W&S projects. In this role, you will be involved in the development and maintenance of timely and effective W&S products and programmes and ensure that they meet the needs of the business and that ANZ meets its Wellbeing & Safety accountabilities. Supporting W&S activities including incident response and investigation, auditing, risk assessment, W&S projects and ensuring that targets & objectives are achieved Building and maintaining effective relationships with customers & stakeholders Providing quality and timely coaching, advice, and support on W&S matters Promoting W&S to key stakeholders Reviewing the implementation of W&S products & programmes across ANZ workplaces and providing feedback on good practices as well as opportunities for improvement Ensuring that all services delivered comply with governance requirements, policies, processes, and with legal & regulatory requirements What will you bring? Tertiary qualification and prior experience in Occupational Health & Safety Experience in the management and delivery of W&S projects, learning modules and/or W&S technology systems Experience in implementing W&S in large, multi‑site businesses Experience developing and providing solutions to wellbeing and safety issues Knowledge of trends and of relevant OH&S legislation Experience and success in building strong and collaborative working relationships An ability to influence stakeholders and make a positive impact Excellent communication, planning, organisation and reporting skills You’re not expected to have 100% of these skills.
