Opportunity We are looking for an energetic and process-driven Warehouse Leading Hand to support our Landsdale warehouse team. In this role, you will manage complex and high-value tasks, including advanced receivals, specialised equipment handling, and preparation of export and oversized freight. You will also provide on-the-floor problem-solving when equipment, loads, or documentation require informed and decisive action. Responsibilities Completing specialised picks and receivals where accuracy and experience matter. Preparing and packing high-value and oversized equipment for domestic and export freight. Operating forklifts and lifting equipment for challenging or high-risk loads. Handling equipment verification, damage checks, and freight quality control. Supporting safe yard and warehouse movements through strong technical capability. Working closely with the Warehouse Supervisor on technical tasks. Contributing to continuous improvement, including layout and load-flow problem solving. Requirements Experience with ERP and Microsoft computer packages. Strong forklift experience, ideally with exposure to heavy lifts or oversized loads. Solid understanding of warehouse processes and safe load-handling practices. Confidence handling high-value freight and complex picks. Attention to detail when equipment, paperwork, or load conditions need a skilled operator. Ability to stay calm under pressure and solve problems on the floor. Reliability, consistency, and pride in your work. A willingness to work overtime when required.
