About Us We are the Kruk review Project Team in the National Health Workforce Taskforce, located within the NSW Ministry of Health. We support projects on behalf of the Taskforce, addressing key recommendations from the Kruk review. About These Roles Crown Clerk 9/10, starting salary from $129,464- $142,665 plus Super and annual leave loading, with a 35-hour work week. This Is An Extremely Rare Opportunity To Deliver Policy-making And Significant Reforms Recommended By The Kruk Review, Relevant To The Regulatory Settings For Internationally Qualified Health Practitioners In Australia. You Will expand your knowledge of regulation, policy and legislation in the Australian health system. consult with diverse stakeholders from the Commonwealth, state and territory governments and regulatory bodies (e.g., Ahpra and National Boards) to deliver significant national workforce reforms. contribute to projects that will improve the applicant experience for the experienced workforce from overseas in moving to Australia. You will be working in a high-performing and friendly team which supports the inter-jurisdictional Health Workforce Taskforce. The team is located within the Workforce Planning and Talent Development Branch, NSW Ministry of Health. Our team is part of a national group of project leads supporting implementation of the Kruk review. What You'll Be Doing In a fast-paced and dynamic team environment, you will have the opportunity to drive projects towards significant outcomes. In addition, you will contribute to the project management and reporting functions, stakeholder management and collaboration. Specific Projects That These Roles Will Contribute To Include Developing online learning modules to orientate the overseas workforce to the Australian health system and prepare them for safe practice. Developing a set of monitoring indicator for overseas workforce recruitment, as well as standards and benchmarks across the national regulatory system. Coordinating and supporting a Project Management Office across all Kruk Review projects, including progress tracking, financial monitoring and reporting to governance groups.
