About the role Work as part of a multidisciplinary team, and apply high level exercise physiology skills and knowledge in the assessment, treatment, and supervision of individual and group exercise and education interventions for clients with complex chronic conditions, to promote, maintain and improve their health, functional ability and quality of life. About you Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with Metro North Health's values : Practise in accordance with code of ethics, professional standards and legislation pertaining to Accredited Exercise Physiologists with Exercise and Sports Science Australia, including a commitment to ongoing professional development and professional supervision Deliver high quality evidence based exercise physiology clinical services for individuals and groups living with diabetes and / or kidney disease. Exercise independent professional judgement in providing exercise physiology clinical services of a complex nature where principles, procedures, techniques or methods require expansion, adaptation or modification, without the need for direct regular clinical practice supervision.
