Board Governance Officer

Providing corporate governance services with a focus on ASX Listing Rule and Corporations Act requirements, including in relation to the following areas:Formatting, collating and uploading Board and Committee papers for directors (including subsidiary directors);Carrying out ASIC/APRA/ASX lodgments;Work with Board Administration Officer, ANZ on Director travel/expenses and other arrangements affecting directors.Assist with ASIC/ASX lodgments for group entities, including Non-Bank entities; andAdministrative services for group, including invoicing, Board and Committee meeting scheduling and arranging for documents to be notarised/apostilled (if required).What will you bring?
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have skills, knowledge and experience in the following:Experience with administrative filings required under the ASX listing rules and Corporations Act.Extensive experience dealing with senior executives/directorsProven ability to foster and develop relationships within ANZ, Suncorp Bank and externally.Strong attention to detail and be able to manage competing prioritiesSo, why join us?
