Job Description Our Outside School Hours Care service, Bargara, is looking for a passionate Assistant Coordinator to assist with managing the service and providing engaging programs for our primary-age children. This is a permanent part-time opportunity offering 30 hours per week to assist with leading a team of passionate Educators. You’ll work split shifts, supporting our Monday‑Friday hours: 6:30 am‑9 am (Rise then Shine) and 2 pm‑6 pm (Stay and Play). Extra hours are also available during school holidays About the role With the backing of a dedicated state‑specific office and the mentorship of regional managers who visit regularly, you’ll be empowered to shine in your role while developing your skills as a leader.
